Helpful hints on Run Britain entry system
Men Sub 20/Ladies Sub 22- If you feel you have a chance of achieving this time then enter YES in the 7pm Box and enter NO in box 4. If you're usually a few seconds out and you want to give it a go then still enter this as it is a faster course this year.
Sub 16 Men/ 18 Ladies. Enter YES in that box together with Power of Ten link from 01/2019
Championship Entries as rules stated below for 7pm race - enter YES in that box as well
Men 20/Ladies 22 minute plus - If you feel you cannot achieve the time in box 1 and you don't want to be considered for Championship selection then enter No in the other boxes and enter YES in this box
The race was originally set up and licenced back in September in a different format so now cannot be altered on Run Britain so think & enter carefully your details Any further confusion ask me by emailing email@example.com and I will be happy to help

Sunset 5k update Following Boris announcement Monday it’s a case of “as you were”. Unfortunately, we may have a claim to fame as the final race under restrictions so I think we should make it a special one! However I don’t think it will affect the race format too much. Setting off in waves of 25s in 30 second intervals based on predicted times. Can I ask when entering you enter a true time you feel you can achieve. Anyone entering zero will be entered in to the final wave. Race Format for Sunset 5k 7pm Men’s A race Sub 15:30 Men’s B race Sub 17mins inc Elite Ladies Possibly a C race based on current entries Sub 20 A race Sub 20 B race Further bands in 2 minute predicted times Beat The Sunset 8:15 Again 2 minute predicted times starting from Sub 20 upwards Helpful hints to questions put to me recently when entering. The whole race is Sunset 5k we just have 2 start times 7pm and 8:15pm Sunset 5k General Entry - Enter YES in that box if you want to race at 7pm and be eligible for prizes. Elite entry - Enter YES in the box if you’re fast enough with your PO10 link. Sub 14:30 Men, Sub 16:30 Ladies free entry. If you’re faster email me for a package. Championship Entry - if you want to be eligible for junior/team selection as previously stated then enter YES in that box too Beat The Sunset 5k 8:15pm - if you just want a decent race and “Beat The Sunset” and go for a PB then enter this one by just stating YES in the box. This helps me when I’m looking down 500 entries who’s in what race. Please don’t put / X O 1 just put YES OR NO.
